It will become a vibrant, 24/7 global city, driving advancements in industry and acting as a central gathering place for arts, culture and entertainment.
The site was subject to cut to fill bulk earthworks involving approximately 113,000m3 and 2km of pavement construction.
Alliance’s scope was to provide Level 1 supervision during the bulk earthworks stage, followed by Level 2 testing during the pavement construction.
The project also included over 2km of sewer pipe installation at an average depth of 4m and associated manhole structures. Stormwater and potable water was also installed. Alliance carried out testing to the Sydney Water – Technical Specification.
